Do I need to register for an account?

No, you can use our guest checkout if you want.

If you check out as a guest you won’t receive these benefits:

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple. It’ll allow you to checkout with ease, receive updates and check the status of your orders.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” link on the account sign-in page.

Delivery

What delivery options do you have?

We offer delivery to the UK only for now


Express(Next day delivery): £8.95
Standard signed : £5.50
Standard : £4.45

Prices for delivery depend on the number of perfumes ordered.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.

We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 12pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Problems placing your order?

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 12pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this which will also contain the tracking information for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cash on delivery

Where can I use my promo code?

You can use your promo code during the checkout process.

Please make sure the code is successfully applied to your order before completing the purchase, as we will not be able to apply codes and discounts afterwards.

If you haven’t got a promo code, we do run offers and promotions from time to time. To keep up to date and ensure you receive a code, whenever possible. Subscribe to our newsletter.

 

Returns

My items have arrived damaged

At Luxe perfume, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you.

Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures.

 
 

Returning unwanted items

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, kindly contact our customer service team and you may be return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packages, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase.

Please also include whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.
